During my New Year stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and clean accommodation. The room was spacious and had ample storage. The hot water was available 24/7, and the enclosed shower stall was a nice touch. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff was very polite and helpful. the location was great as it was easy to reach nearby attractions.

One of the biggest drawbacks was that there was no comforter, which made my night's sleep a little uncomfortable, even though we asked for an extra blanket. the parking fee of 20 BRL every night was expensive.

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and in a really good neighbourhood, making it a great base to explore São Paulo. the spacious rooms with large windows offer a pleasant view and are comfortable with cozy beds and clean bathrooms. the service is prompt and helpful, and the breakfast served is delicious with a good variety of options.

The TV placement in the room can be dangerous, as one reviewer mentioned hitting their head several times.

The hotel had some modern facilities, including a gym and a pool, which was a plus. the location was quite convenient as there were plenty of dining options to choose from nearby. the Wi-Fi signal was also good, allowing us to stay connected with our friends and family back home.

the room was not properly maintained, and the housekeeping staff did not always knock before entering, which was quite concerning.

My recent stay at Quality Hotel Sao Caetano was great. The location was convenient, close to shops and a private hospital. The room was very new and comfortable, with a comfortable bed. I appreciated the clean room every 3 days. The hotel also had parking on-site, although there was a charge of 20 BRL per night.

There were a few drawbacks. The air conditioning system was quite noisy and there were bright blue lights on the display that couldn't be faded out, making sleep difficult.

We loved this hotel! It's new and modern with spacious rooms, big comfy beds, and large windows. The bathroom and shower were also fantastic. The hotel's location is perfect, right next to a shopping centre with plenty of great restaurants and not too far from the city centre. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!

Being right next to the shopping centre was a huge plus, as I could easily access various stores and restaurants. The staff provided exceptional service, making my experience even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The dining options were fantastic, with a delicious continental breakfast and a cozy bar/lounge area. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including a fitness centre and free Wi-Fi. I highly recommend this place for a luxurious and comfortable stay!

For families looking for a great hotel, I would definitely recommend this venue.
